Yes! With over 500 homes built in the Fox Valley, we have a wide selection of plans, from cozy ranches to luxury homes. There’s a good chance we have a layout you’ll love.
How does pricing work?
Once your lot and plan are set, we price your home, a process that takes 2–3 weeks. We focus on accuracy from the start, avoiding low-ball estimates that lead to surprises later. Expect a 2–3 hour meeting to discuss your preferences and options to ensure an upfront, realistic budget. Our honesty-first approach is why most of our business comes from referrals.

How does the build process work?
Once your plan, lot, and budget are finalized, we’ll start selections. A Rucon owner will guide you through every decision, aiming to finalize most choices within the first few days. This ensures a smooth process and lets you enjoy the experience without last-minute stress.
How long does construction take?
Most homes take 3–4 months, depending on size and complexity. Once the roof is on, we’ll provide a move-in timeline so you can start planning the final stages.
What happens when our home is complete?
We’ll do a final walkthrough to explain home features, maintenance tips, and insights to help you settle in comfortably.
